New York approves sweeping climate plan to drastically cut greenhouse gas emissions

New York state lawmakers have approved one of the most ambitious climate change plans in the country, aiming to virtually eliminate carbon emissions by 2050 and source carbon-free electicity. Michael Gerrard, director of Sabin Center for Climate Change and a professor at Columbia University, joined CBS to discuss the details of the plan.
