New bodycam footage released in police beating of jaywalker
City officials in Asheville, North Carolina, released nine body camera videos Monday showing an August 2017 police beating of a black pedestrian. The officer, Christopher Hickman, is facing assault charges. Brianna Smith reports for CBS affiliate WSPA.
