Nearly half of dementia cases could be prevented, delayed by managing risk factors, report finds

The number of people living with dementia is expected to triple by the year 2050 to 153 million people as the global population ages. Now a new report highlights the risk factors for dementia that if addressed early in life could prevent or delay millions of cases. CBS News' Michael George has more.
