Nearly 200,000 still without power from bomb cyclone in Pacific Northwest

Power outages are still affecting nearly 200,000 people in the northwest U.S. as the region continues to deal with the bomb cyclone that's killed at least two people. CBS News national weather correspondent Rob Marciano has a report on the storm from Eureka, California.
