National security expert on Israeli settlements, Syria cease-fire
Stephen Hadley was a former national security adviser to President George W. Bush during the efforts to broker a two-state peace treaty between Israel and the Palestinians. Now a principal at Rice Hadley Gates, an international consulting firm, Hadley joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss Secretary of State John Kerry's speech on the U.N. resolution against Israeli settlements, and whether he thinks the cease-fire agreement in Syria that Russia announced will hold.
