Maryland storm turns deadly as bystanders rush to save victims

Downpours overnight moved Northeast, causing heavy floods in northern New Jersey. The rain followed devastating weekend floods west of Baltimore that killed two people. Nearly a half foot of rain led to flash flooding Saturday night. The rushing water swept away cars and destroyed homes and businesses. Errol Barnett reports from Ellicott City, Maryland.
