Martha's Vineyard retreat steeped in African-American history
At the new Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture, one gallery called "Power of Place" will explore areas in the U.S. with a distinct African-American identity. Margaret Brennan visits one of those places, Oak Bluffs, a small New England town on the island of Martha's Vineyard that has become a popular retreat and visited by people like President Obama.
