Man free after NYC subway murder conviction from 1990 overturned
A New York man is waking up at home after serving 25 years in prison for a crime he says he didn't commit. Johnny Hincapie and six other men were convicted in the 1990 New York City subway murder of a tourist from Utah. On Tuesday he was set free. A state judge is ordering a new trial, saying there was not enough evidence to dismiss the case entirely. Michelle Miller reports.
