Little sister reunites with Air Force brother
When Air Force graduates complete basic training, they participate in a "tap out." At the end of graduation, they don't leave until a family member comes and taps them on the shoulder or hugs them. That was a very emotional moment for Airman Andrew Garcia and his little sister, Avery.
