Lawmakers to grill Boeing CEO on 737 Max planes after crashes

Boeing's CEO faces questions from Congress for the first time about the company's grounded 737 Max planes. In a USA Today opinion piece Tuesday, the head of the FAA said the agency is committed to addressing recommendations on "when, whether or how the 737 Max will return to service."
