Lawmaker interrupts Trump during Jamestown speech

During a ceremony in Jamestown, marking 400 years since the first legislative assembly, a Democratic Virginia state lawmaker interrupted President Trump, declaring "you can't send us back." It comes after the president targeted Rep. Elijah Cummings, and four congresswomen of color. Errol Barnett reports.
