Landslide prompts state of emergency in California
California Gov. Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency as a slow-moving landslide threatens the city of Rancho Palos Verdes. Evacuations have been ordered and electricity has been cut off to prevent fires. Jonathan Vigliotti reports.
