2 men arrested in 1996 disappearance of Cal Poly student Kristin Smart
San Luis Obispo County Sheriff Ian Parkinson announced Tuesday that Paul Flores and his father, Ruben, were arrested in connection to the 1996 disappearance of Kristin Smart, who was a student at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
