Kevin McCarthy to retire from Congress at end of year after historic House speaker ouster
Former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy announced he will retire from Congress at the end of the year. McCarthy was the first speaker to be removed from his position in October. CBS News' Scott MacFarlane reports.
