Keith Scott's widow: Race played "100 percent" role in police shooting
Only on "CBS This Morning", the widow of Keith Lamont Scott is speaking out. Rakeyia Scott's husband was killed by Charlotte police while waiting for his son to arrive home from school. Police say he was armed with a gun, but his family says he was not. Rakeyia recounts what she witnessed that day, which she captured on video. Gayle King reports.
