The Supreme Court has sided with Curtis Flowers, a man who was tried six times for the same quadruple murder by the same prosecutor. The justices ruled in favor of his jury discrimination case on Friday and tosses out his conviction; Justice Kavanaugh wrote that the district attorney waged a "relentless, determined effort to rid the jury of black individuals."
