Judge rejects Bill Cosby's immunity deal with former DA
The sexual assault case against Bill Cosby will go back to court next month. A Pennsylvania judge refused to dismiss the criminal case after a two-day hearing. Cosby’s lawyers claimed there was a longstanding deal not to prosecute. Cosby is accused of assaulting a Temple University employee 12 years ago.
