Jeb Bush to make decision on 2016 presidential run soon
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is giving a strong indication that he will make a White House run in 2016, and says he will make a decision soon. Meanwhile, Republican Sen. Rob Portman of Ohio announced that he will not run for president.
