Israel's Supreme Court rules ultra-Orthodox men must be drafted after prior exemption

Israel's Supreme Court ruled that ultra-Orthodox men must be drafted into the military. Most Jewish Israeli men and women are required to serve in the armed forces starting at the age of 18 for two to three years, but the ultra-Orthodox community was previously exempt from the rule.
