Iowa's "2020 Book Club" sets out to finish biographies by Democratic candidates
The "2020 Book Club" has become a community forum where Iowa voters can discuss the issues and personalities of 2020 candidates. Andrea Phillips, vice chair of the Iowa Democratic Party, joined "Red and Blue" to discuss why she decided to create the book club.
