Federal disaster money may favor the wealthy, NPR investigation finds
President Trump says he'll be providing federal funds for the people affected by the massive tornado in Alabama. But people who are less well off might not find themselves with the aid they need. An NPR investigation found wealthier, white Americans tend to get more federal aid than minorities and those less well-off.
