Indiana tries to curb HIV crisis linked to drug abuse

An HIV outbreak in southeastern Indiana has grown to nearly 90 cases diagnosed since January. It's being blamed on prescription painkiller abuse and IV needle sharing. As Dean Reynolds reports, the state has temporarily lifted its ban on needle exchanges in an effort to contain the outbreak.
