Hurricane Milton strengthens in the Gulf as it heads toward Florida
Hurricane Milton is rapidly growing in the Gulf of Mexico and is expected to make landfall Wednesday as a Category 3 storm in a part of western Florida still reeling from Hurricane Helene.
