Hurricane Debby makes landfall in Florida as Category 1 storm
Hurricane Debby made landfall near Steinhatchee, Florida, as a Category 1 storm Monday morning. Prior to landfall, it had already slammed the Gulf Coast with heavy rains, powerful winds and flash flooding.
