How fear and judgment impact parenting
Author Kim Brooks left her then-4-year-old son in a car with his iPad as she shopped for five minutes inside a store. Brooks joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss her new book, "Small Animals: Parenthood in the Age of Fear."
