How American workers are seeing success differently
Findings from a new LinkedIn study show Americans define success as being happy at work-- instead of making more money. Only 4 percent of workers say scoring a corner office is a measure of success and 34 percent say they'd be willing to take a 10 percent pay cut if it meant they could design their own work schedule. As part of our series looking at issues facing the American workforce, LinkedIn's career expert Catherine Fisher joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss what motivates millennials, how men and women differ in their priorities, and why it's in an employer's best interest to have happy employees.
