Honolulu, Chicago fight for future Obama library

Presidents don't usually select a library location until the near end of their time in office, and after that, it can take years of fundraising before the library actually gets built. But a presidential library can bring prestige and millions of dollars in tourism, so the lobbying is already underway in Honolulu and Chicago. Chip Reid reports on efforts in both cities.
