Hong Kong police arrest 4 pro-democracy leaders
Four leaders of one of Hong Kong's most well-known pro-democracy groups were arrested Wednesday. Authorities say the arrests were over a failure to comply with national security laws. CBS News foreign correspondent Ramy Inocencio reports from Hong Kong.
