Hillary Clinton's emails were reportedly managed by private server in home
Clinton is under scrutiny, with new questions about the private email account she used as secretary of state. Her emails trace to an Internet service based at the Clintons' home in Chappaqua, New York. Computer experts say a private server like that would give Clinton extreme control over her messages, but the State Department says Clinton's decision to use a personal account was not illegal.
