Heavy rain slams Florida, Sarasota and Miami flooding concerns
Heavy rain in Florida is bringing flooding concerns to parts of the state. Along the Gulf Coast, Sarasota received 4 inches of rain in just one hour Tuesday night. In the east, Miami Beach saw almost 7 inches of rain in 24 hours. CBS News national correspondent Manuel Bojorquez reports.
