Halloween hit and run suspect arrested
A man is under arrest Monday in connection with the deadly hit and run accident on Halloween that killed three teen girls who were out trick-or-treating in Santa Ana. Jaquinn Raymond Bell, 31, has been arrested for felony hit and run causing death. Police say Bell did not stop to help the children and kept driving.
