Greece train crash death toll rises as investigation gets underway
The death toll from a head-on collision between a passenger train and cargo train in Greece on Tuesday night has risen to 46. Protests erupted across Greece overnight as the station manager on duty at the time of the crash has been arrested and the country's transport minister resigned.
