Grassroots anti-ICE movements aim to deter agency at local level
The so-called "zero tolerance" immigration policy put into action by the Trump administration last summer sparked calls to abolish the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, which is known as ICE. Grassroots activists are starting movements to deter the agency at the local level.
