GOP Rep. says Obama creating "roadblocks" to economic growth
In the weekly Republican addess on Saturday, Rep. Mike Fitzpatrick, R-Pa., criticized the Obama administration for "choking" economic growth in America by pushing Obamacare and delaying a decision on the Keystone XL pipeline.
