GOP leaders decline to endorse Trump's budget proposal
Congress is resisting President Trump's budget blueprint that promises dramatic changes to the federal government. Besides big cuts to agencies like the State Department and EPA, it calls for eliminating the National Endowment for the Arts and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which funds PBS.
