Goodlatte pushes "step by step approach" to immigration in House
The Senate immigration bill "doesn't reflect the concerns that have been raised in our committee with the bills that we have passed that take a different approach to solving the problem," said Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., "and that's why we need to take this step by step approach in the House."
