Giuliani out for secretary of state; Romney, Bolton, Tillerson at the top
Late Friday, President-elect Donald Trump put out a statement saying former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani has taken himself out of consideration for any position in the Trump administration. Giuliani had been under consideration for secretary of state and other Cabinet positions. Nancy Cordes reports.
