Former President Trump's team pushes back on DOJ filing
Donald Trump's attorneys responded to the Department of Justice Wednesday, still claiming an independent party should assess the FBI's August search of his Florida home. The DOJ had previously said it was unwarranted and on Tuesday laid out a possible case that Trump's lawyers allegedly obstructed FBI agents and other officials as they sought out records.
