Former NYPD detective on deadly truck incident in New Orleans

At least 10 people are dead after a truck hit a crowd of people early New Year's Day on New Orleans' Bourbon Street. "This man was trying to run over as many people as he could," New Orleans Police Department Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick said.
