After the mass shooting at an Orlando nightclub, Florida Gov. Rick Scott requested an emergency declaration from President Obama. More than 50 people died at Pulse after gunman Omar Mateen opened fired early Sunday morning. Gov. Scott joins "CBS This Morning" from Orlando to discuss details surrounding the investigation.
