Floods in Japan leave tens of thousands stranded
Catastrophic floodwaters are rising in Japan after days of heavy rain. People are crying for help and stranded on top of cars and homes. The force was strong enough to rip buildings from their foundations. The unprecedented rain hit the city of Joso, north of Tokyo. Seth Doane reports.
