Fitness trackers may not be accurately measuring your sleep, expert says

Dr. Thanuja Hamilton of Avocare Sleep Physicians of South Jersey explains why fitness trackers may not be recording your sleep accurately. Hamilton says that some trackers overestimate your sleep, while others underestimate it -- and that if you're worried about sleep quality, it's better to simply monitor how you feel during the day.
