First legal recreational cannabis dispensary coming to New York
New York State's first legal recreational cannabis dispensary is set to open Thursday in Manhattan. "Housing Works Cannabis Company" is operated by a nonprofit known for helping the homeless, formerly incarcerated people and those living with HIV and AIDS.
