First January 6 criminal trial results in guilty verdict as arrests continue
A Texas man was found guilty of all charges Tuesday in the first criminal trial stemming from the January 6 assault on the Capitol. He faces up to 60 years in prison and plans to appeal the ruling. On the same day, Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio was arrested and charged with conspiracy and will be back in court Friday. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane reports.
