FDA to antibacterial product makers: Come clean

The Food and Drug Administration is giving anti-bacterial soaps and body washes manufacturers one year to demonstrate their product's safety. Studies show common antibacterial substances can disrupt hormones in animals. Scientists also fear the liquid soaps can help to make bacteria more drug-resistant. Charlie Rose reports.
