Farming the land, in a national park
Ohio's Cuyahoga Valley used to be home to hundreds of family farms, before the land was turned into a national park. Today, farms are thriving here again. The park developed a plan to lease its farm properties to entrepreneurs, and now it's where locals come to fill up on baskets of produce at the farmers' market, and where restaurants like Cleveland's Spice Kitchen source their farm-to-table menus.
