Family of Stephon Clark to file federal lawsuit, lawyers say
Lawyers for the family of Stephon Clark tell CBS News they plan to file a federal lawsuit as soon as today over his death in a police shooting. Clark was unarmed when two officers killed him on March 18 in Sacramento. Jamie Yuccas reports.
