Ecuador's president says country is at war with drug gangs
Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa says the country is at war with terrorist groups as violence from drug gangs surges. According to the government, at least 30 attacks have happened since the leader of the gang Los Choneros escaped from prison. That includes an assault on a TV station during a live broadcast Tuesday.
