Economy posts strong job gains
The economy added a 288,000 jobs in April, the Labor Department said Friday. That is much more than economists had expected. The unemployment rate plunged to 6.3 percent, the lowest level since 2008. Jill Wagner has that story and more MoneyWatch headlines.
