Driver describes crossing collapsing Philly I-95 overpass; rebuilding could take months
People are being warned to avoid a busy stretch of I-95 after part of the highway collapsed in northeast Philadelphia early Sunday morning. Officials say it happened after a tanker truck caught fire under an overpass. Drivers on the road at the time had no idea what was going on.
